DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
ScrollCams respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Important: We do not host content
ScrollCams is a directory / aggregator that loads live streams and thumbnails directly from third-party cam networks. We do not host, store or transcode any visual content. Takedown requests should generally be sent to the originating network.
Filing a DMCA Notice with us
If you believe that material indexed by ScrollCams infringes your copyright, please send a notification containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s);
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Response time
We aim to process valid DMCA takedown requests within 24–48 hours of receipt.
